About the event
Utah Common Ground is a coalition of 5 nonpartisan, nonprofit organizations: the AI Ethics and Governance Institute, Braver Angels, Utah State University's Center for Anticipatory Intelligence, Engage Forum, and Mormon Women for Ethical Government.
This year, we have been hosting several discussions across Utah to gather public input on AI. In September we facilitated a Solutions Forum where a representative group of citizens developed recommendations on ways the public can get involved in decisions related to AI. This is a reception to share those recommendations with interested state decisionmakers and organizations.
Invitees include Solutions Forum delegates, local elected officials, and local experts in AI.
